Digital Solution for Education in Africa

Around 60 % of the population in sub-Saharan Africa is under the age of 25 , making it by far the youngest region in the world. 71 % of East African countries' energy requirements are covered by renewable sources. 68 % of respondents in 34  African countries listen to the radio at least a few times a week on average, making radio the most popular mass medium on the continent. There is an average of 58 pupils per teacher at primary level, in sub-Saharan Africa. At secondary level, there are 43 pupils per teacher. A 9 %  increase in peak internet traffic took place in Africa due to COVID-19. In Sub-Saharan Africa at 33 % , mobile internet penetration is highest in Southern Africa, compared to 17 % in Central Africa and up to 27 % in West Africa. – 30 – Digital Solutions for Education in Africa
